DUAL-PRODUCT HYDROCYCLONE TYPE ГЦТ
Two-product hydrocyclones are designed for the enrichment of coal and anthracite in a heavy environment with a particle size from 0.5 (0.2) to 40 mm to produce two final products - concentrate and enrichment waste. Main advantages: possibility of dressing fine coal and anthracite with difficult and very difficult dressing characteristics; the possibility of re-enrichment of middlings from small-grain jigging machines, crushed middlings from jigging machines or heavy-medium separators that enrich coarse coal; obtaining especially pure concentrates by separating fine coal or anthracite into low densities; simplicity of the heavy-medium installation scheme; low energy consumption and material consumption.
