Clay deposit for sale (Sverdlovsk region)

We offer for sale the right to implement an investment and construction project in the production of modern construction and decorative ceramics - clinker bricks and facade panels.

The geographical location of the project provides access to the sales markets of the Sverdlovsk and Chelyabinsk regions, Perm Territory, Khanty-Mansiysk and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

Main components of the project:

- License for the right to use subsoil (for geological study, exploration and extraction of brick clays). The calculated reserves of clayey raw materials amount to 4059.3 thousand m3, which allows the development of the field to continue for 51 years. Factory tests have confirmed the suitability of clays for brick production in accordance with GOST 530-95.

- A plot of land with a total area of 10 hectares, allocated for the location of production. The lease agreement is registered in the prescribed manner, the sanitary protection zone and connection to utility networks are approved.

This project provides for the possibility of constructing a brick factory with a capacity of 30 million pieces of standard brick per year (with the prospect of further expanding production volumes of 50-60 million pieces of standard brick per year). If there is a need for a production capacity of 5 to 20 million bricks per year, there are construction options costing up to 500 million rubles.

Ease of operation and cost reduction in the project is ensured by the proximity of the production site to the field and utility networks, as well as the possibility of recruiting specialists from the local population. The acquisition of the right to the project is carried out through the sale of 100% of the share in the legal entity (the copyright holder company).
