Stationary concrete batching plant HZS35
HZS35 concrete batching plant is composed of weigh batcher, skip hoist, cement storage, screw conveyor, cement batcher, water batcher, additive batcher, twin shaft concrete mixer and electronic control system.
At the heart of the plant is a JS750 concrete mixer (MP 1125/750 from the Italian company SICOMA), which ensures the highest mixing quality. This plant can be used both for industrial purposes (production of small batches of concrete for the purpose of its further sale) and in the construction cycle (production of concrete on a construction site for the purpose of its use in the construction cycle). Including the plant in the construction cycle makes it possible to produce and use in construction concrete grades that cannot be transported in mixers. This significantly improves the quality and speed of construction
