Purpose of ECV pumps The ECV pump is a submersible well unit used for lifting water and/or pumping it. For long-term and proper operation of the pump, the quality of the pumped water in terms of physical and chemical indicators should not exceed: mineralization up to 1500 mg/l, hydrogen content pH=6.5-9.5, temperature up to +25°C, mass fraction of solid impurities up to 0, 01%, chlorides up to 350 mg/l, sulfates up to 500 mg/l, hydrogen sulfide up to 1.5 mg/l. Design of artesian pumps This equipment is made of thick-walled steel pipe, includes an asynchronous submersible electric motor, a centrifugal pump and other auxiliary components. The electric motor and centrifugal pump are secured to each other with studs for strength. The pump can also be equipped with electric motors DAP and PEDV. The impeller is made (depending on the serial modification) of high-quality fiberglass or plastic, polycarbonate, stainless steel. The presented materials significantly increase the strength and rigidity of the structure, and thanks to the mechanical seals, external and internal leaks are completely eliminated.
