HYDROCYCLONES CLASSIFICATION TYPE Hz
Hydrocyclones are designed for size classification of crushed ore and non-metallic materials in processing plants. Hydrocyclones can also be used for thickening, dewatering and desliming of various enrichment products and clarification of circulating waters. To increase productivity, hydrocyclones can be arranged in batteries of four, six, eight or more pieces. The battery of hydrocyclones has a common system for distributing the initial power, as well as devices for collecting and unloading classification products. Distinctive features: hydrocyclone bodies are made of structural steel; depending on the properties of the material being processed, hydrocyclones can use a lining made of wear-resistant polyurethane or magnetic polycrystalline silicon carbide (MPC) sand nozzles and a downcomer are made of monolithic polycrystalline silicon carbide (MPC). Scope of application: coal, mining industry
