Moisture-oil separators (WMO) are designed to clean compressed air from droplets, aerosols, finely dispersed moisture, oil and mechanical impurities. Moisture-oil separators are conventionally divided into: designed, manufactured and operated in full compliance with the requirements of PB 03-576-03; not subject to inspection by Rostechnadzor bodies, which are subject to the requirements of PB 03-576-03. The moisture-oil separator uses a centrifugal method for cleaning compressed air; the moisture-oil separator does not have rubbing or rotating parts and replaceable filter elements. The moisture-oil separator consists of a vertical cylindrical body, inlet, outlet and drain pipes, as well as a storage tank with a flange connection to the moisture-oil separator. The quality of compressed air purification meets the requirements of “air Class 1 GOST 17433-80”. In the standard version, moisture-oil separators are equipped with a pressure gauge, mating flanges, automatic drainage with sensors for upper and lower liquid levels and an electromagnetic drain valve.
