The copying turning and milling machine model KTF-7 is designed for making profile bodies of rotation, polyhedra from wood of any species, as well as cutting helical grooves in the right and left directions of turns. The shape of the part to be manufactured is determined by a template, which is a sheet steel plate 1..4 mm thick with a cut out profile of the product. The machine can operate in two modes: with manual and mechanical feed. Manual feeding is used, as a rule, for the production of a small number of products with complex profiles. Mechanical feed is used to produce a large batch of parts. The area of application of the machine is the production of staircase posts and balusters, table legs, chairs, and turned furniture elements. No special skills are required to operate the machine. It is safe to use and allows you to obtain absolutely identical products, regardless of the number of profiled blanks.
