Mobile station of hydropowered tools for repairing freight cars in the PRM-D depot

The mobile hydraulic tool station PRM-D is designed for repairing freight cars in depot conditions. The post allows you to perform the following types of technological operations: pressing and closing the unloading hatches of gondola cars; straightening bent handrails and steps of carriages; tightening, unscrewing and breaking off nuts with wrench sizes from 17 to 150 mm; cutting defective nuts; cleaning, grinding and cutting metal parts; corner cutting; cutting metal rods and wire. A special feature of the kit is the use of a single-flow hydraulic pumping station to ensure operation of equipment with operating pressures of 140 bar and 700 bar due to the use of a pressure amplifier in the hydraulic circuit. This technical solution made it possible to significantly reduce the cost of the kit by eliminating the need to purchase expensive double-flow stations. The versatility of the kit is ensured by the devices and accessories included in it: scissors for cutting corners NP04; hydraulic grinding machine MShG-230; manual hydraulic impact wrench GR-500; hydraulic nut cutter GR-2432; device for closing hatches of gondola cars UGZL-2.4-60; device for straightening handrails KRA01030; hydrostatic high-torque impact wrench GG800; hydraulic shears NU20; aluminum jack DGA20P100. In addition, it is possible to connect additional hydraulic tools to this complex, which allows you to further expand its functionality, as well as achieve significant savings in material resources when repairing freight cars in depot conditions. The estimated economic effect from using the installation for the first year of operation reaches 661,892.32 rubles. The payback period for a mobile post is 1.7 years.
