The excavator is designed to perform excavation and loading and unloading operations on soils of categories I-III. Belarus tractors are used as the base tractor. The offset digging axis of excavator equipment ± 590 mm allows you to perform work in cramped conditions. The maximum digging depth is increased to 4420 mm with a reduced overall height in the transport position of 3480 mm. The control of excavator equipment is hydraulic, joystick, with the ability to simultaneously perform up to 4 technological operations. The hydraulic system is made on the basis of components from leading European manufacturers: Brevini, Busak+Shamban, Filtrec, Manulli. Working pressure 23 MPa. Maximum cutting force 38 kN. Closed filtration system with a filter fineness of 10 microns. In the transport position, the excavator equipment folds compactly, which significantly reduces the overall dimensions and the load on the axle of the rear axle of the tractor. Successful weight distribution along the axles made it possible to increase the transport speed of the excavator to 32 km/h (the 9th gear of the base tractor is not blocked). The basic package includes a comfortable cabin of increased volume with panoramic glass, a 2-speed pantograph wiper, a windshield washer and 4 working headlights. After modification, the operator’s workplace was increased by 27 cm. Excavating and loading equipment is made of special alloyed structural steels. Thanks to the introduction of advanced semi-automatic welding technology in argon and carbon dioxide, the design of components and parts can withstand increased mechanical and temperature loads. The hinge joints are equipped with durable bushings made of hardened bronze and metal-plastic produced by the Swedish company SKF. The design of the working equipment of the excavator and loader is made at the level of the best foreign analogues.
