Transfer trolley

We produce transport trolleys on rails and wheels according to TU 28.22.18-017-87879481-2020 with dimensions not exceeding LxW of 6.0 x 3.5 meters.

Self-propelled transfer platforms allow you to move any cargo weighing up to 80 tons between work areas. They are used in warehouses, metallurgical plants, concrete factories and other industries where cargo movement is necessary. They have virtually no restrictions on the conditions of use and do not require additional equipment to function. Unlike stationary lifting equipment at an enterprise, they can connect not only work areas within the workshop, but also move between them.

Types of manufactured trolleys:

On rails - they move only on rails. As a rule, the path for them is laid in a straight line, without turns, but they can also pass along a curved segment. They are equally used both indoors and outdoors. In the basic version, the operating temperature is calculated from -20°C to +40°C. The drive type can be manual or electric.
On wheels - they are performed only with an electric type of travel and in category U3, that is, for indoor work. Able to move on a flat floor, in the “back and forth” direction.
Special ones - with a lifting table or a built-in welding rotator.

Transfer platforms can be manufactured in general industrial and fireproof versions. Upon request, we provide additional options: radio control, soft start, protective coatings, devices for securing loads and others.
