Sweeper PUM-15 on the GAZon NEXT chassis
The new sweeping machine PUM-15.VVV The machine is manufactured on the basis of the GAZon NEXT chassis and is fundamentally different from its predecessors in the presence of modern technical solutions and design. PUM-15 is designed for mechanized cleaning of chute areas and roadways of streets and squares with hard surfaces, as well as for transportation of collected waste to the unloading site. There is automatic selection of waste into waste bins and mechanized unloading. New technical solutions implemented in the PUM-15 design: 1. An air suspension is installed on the PUM-15 chassis, which ensures a constant gap between the working body and the road surface outside the VVV, depending on the filling of the VVV bunker with estimates and the tanks of the dust suppression system. 2.VV In the design of PUM-15, hydraulic motors are used to drive the brushes of the conveyor and screw feeder, VVV, which significantly increases the reliability of the machine and reduces operating costs. 3.VV The PUM-15 machine is equipped with a dust suppression system, which has two liquid tanks with a total volume of 1000 liters. The pump is electric, has the ability to work with aggressive media, pressure 6 bar. The first row of nozzles of the dust suppression system is located under the front bumper; these nozzles provide preliminary humidification of the mixture. The second row of nozzles is located in the operating area of the rear brush, and the nozzles are also located in the operating area of the side brushes, which allows you to effectively combat dust formation during operation. The dust suppression system is capable of working with non-freezing liquids at subzero temperatures, which allows the machine to be used all year round. 4. BB Drive of the conveyor and auger. At the same time, the drive of two units is carried out by toothed belts (previously only chains were used), which ensures reliable operation of the entire unit in conditions of increased pollution and reduces operating costs. (the belt does not extend) 5. VV The work process and working parts are controlled from the cab using electrical control from the remote control. 6. PUM-15 is equipped with a bunker for estimates with a capacity of 1.4 m3 with side unloading and a hydraulic drive. 7. VV The drive of all working parts is carried out by hydraulic motors. 8.
