Pelleted potassium chloride was developed specifically for foreign manufacturers of potassium hydroxide, to whom, due to large distances, standard white potassium chloride without treatment with an anti-caking agent cannot be delivered.

Uralkali also produces carnallite and sodium chloride.

Potassium chloride produced by Uralkali has undergone environmental and agronomic examination and is a registered agrochemical that is approved for circulation in the Russian Federation (state registration number 338-10-876-1).

Potassium chloride (feed additive) is a registered feed additive (Registration No. PVR-2-42.19/03514) and is used for the production of premixes and feed for broiler chickens and laying hens to compensate for potassium deficiency in diets.
