Ammonium nitrate

Delivery throughout the Russian Federation by road and railway transport! AMMONIUM NITRATE grade B (ammonium nitrate) NH4NO3 – universal highly concentrated granular nitrogen fertilizer (34.4% nitrogen), GOST 2-2013.

DELIVERY

By all modes of transport, except air, in accordance with the rules for the transportation of dangerous goods in force for this type of transport in all regions of Russia.

PACKAGE

By agreement with the consumer, the product can be packaged:

- soft container of the “big bag” type - 1000, 950, 800, 540, 500 kg;

- polypropylene bag with liner bag – 50, 25 kg.

It contains both nitrate and ammonium nitrogen in equal proportions (17.2% each), which provides nutrition to the plant throughout the entire growing season.

Ammonium nitrate is obtained by neutralizing nitric acid with ammonia. Appearance – white granules, without mechanical impurities.

The new modern production of ammonium nitrate meets all international standards. Saltpeter is produced using stabilizing additives. These additives strengthen the crystal lattice of the granules and reduce the dependence of the fertilizer on temperature changes, thereby maintaining the friability of nitrate during transportation and storage. Large granules allow you to spread fertilizer evenly over 24, 36 and even 48 m with the appropriate equipment.

AREAS OF APPLICATION

The fertilizer is suitable for use on all agricultural crops for basic and pre-sowing application on all types of soil.

But it should be taken into account that if for such types of soils as buffer or alkaline, constant use without restrictions is possible, then for acidic soils it is necessary to add lime flour in equal proportions to the weight amount of nitrate.

It has high solubility, which allows the soil to completely absorb the ammonia portion. A greater effect can be achieved with fractional application, in order to reduce the leaching of nitrate nitrogen.

Most effective for spring and summer feeding of agricultural plants.

In addition, by agreement with the consumer, ammonium nitrate can be used for industrial purposes.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

Ammonium nitrate is an oxidizing agent and is a fire hazard.

According to the degree of impact on the body, ammonium nitrate belongs to the 3rd hazard class (moderately hazardous substance).

STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION CONDITIONS

Ammonium nitrate is stored for a short time in closed, dry, clean warehouses. Saltpeter shipped in bulk is stored in warehouses with a controlled temperature of no higher than 30°C and air humidity of no more than 50%.

It is allowed to store ammonium nitrate in open areas of the consignor (consignee) for a period of up to six months after production in soft containers in stacks no more than 2 rows high, in bagged bags sealed with polyethylene shrink film, as well as in unpackaged bags in stacks a height of no more than three meters, subject to storage on pallets (at least 150 mm high), covering with moisture-proof materials, excluding exposure to direct sunlight and mixing with organic products.

There is a guaranteed shelf life of 6 months from the date of manufacture.
