In comparison with quartz sand of natural origin, crushed sand is advantageously distinguished by its monomineral nature and homogeneity, even more pronounced intergranular porosity, and therefore increased dirt holding capacity. Due to the fact that sand grains are obtained in the process of crushing monolithic quartz blocks, their crushed surface is very porous compared to natural rounded sand grains and has an even greater sorption capacity. All these qualities of crushed quartz sand, as well as aesthetic beauty, incredible mechanical strength, weather resistance and the ability to be beautifully painted, find it in constantly growing demand and a huge scope of application. The labor intensity of the technology and the complexity of extraction make crushed quartz sand a rather expensive material and mainly determine its areas of application: - production of decorative and finishing materials; — production of facade and interior plasters; — as a decorative material in landscape design Quartz materials for sandblasting. Fractionated quartz sands, obtained by crushing vein quartz from the Mount Khrustalnaya deposit, are effective abrasive materials and are widely used in industry for sandblasting various surfaces. Due to the high hardness of quartz and the presence of sharp cutting tips and edges on the grains formed during the crushing process, quartz sand is highly abrasive. The use of our quartz sands will allow you to: •improve the quality of treated surfaces; •reduce time for surface treatment; •increase work productivity; •reduce the cost of work performed. Products are delivered by railway wagons, railway 3-, 5-, 20-ton containers, and road transport. In 1-ton soft containers MKR-1, in bags of 25-50 kg. Prices do not include VAT.
