To reduce wear during the drilling process, we subject the pipe body to surface hardening with heating by high-frequency currents. This also ensures the straightness of the pipe for the entire period of operation.2. To avoid thread jamming and increase wear resistance, we manufacture locks from alloy steel 40ХН followed by vacuum carbonitration (chemical-thermal treatment in vacuum furnaces with program control). This process ensures a surface hardness of the thread of at least 57HRC. As a result, pipe failure due to thread wear is practically eliminated (in this case, the time to thread failure is at least 1000 screwing-unscrewing cycles).
