ShchRNV, ShchPSN (low-voltage distribution board) for substations

ShchPSN - Ezois

ShchPSN-V is a modification of the power control box, which is used on the basis of KSO and KRU cameras in switchgears. ShchPSN-V is used for voltage 12, 220/380V. The device performs the function of automatic input of backup power.

ShPSN-V 220V sockets, as well as power lines for external 220V sockets, are equipped with an RCD. Consumers include: lighting devices, telemechanics devices, heating devices, sockets, electric motors for charging the springs of a high-voltage chamber vacuum switch, testing installations for the energy sector.

The established service life of the ShchPSN-V box is at least 10 years under conditions of proper maintenance and timely replacement of components.
ShchRNV

ShchRNV (low-voltage distribution boards), like UVR, can be equipped with any load switches: ABB OT and OETL, SIDER, ISERE, INS, C&S Electric and others.

LV ShchRNV assemblies using ABB OETL load switches are objectively similar to a switchgear equipped with ISERE load switches, but the operational characteristics of the former are significantly improved.

Technical characteristics of the assembly using OETL load switches:

• current in the monoblock from 160 to 630A (nominal value);
• one rack can have a maximum of 16 connections with a 630A monoblock, it is possible to increase up to 20 connections using a 1600A monoblock.
• Input load switch, rated current 3150, 2500, 1600, 1250 A.
• Sectional load switch, rated current 2500, 1600 or 1200 A.
• Acceptable types of monoblocks: RS-03(00)/630(160)-1(6)-М2(М1) (APATOR-ELECTRO), XLBM3(00)-1(3)Р (АВВ) or their analogues.

The equipment has all the necessary certificates of compliance with quality and safety requirements, has a convenient location of connected cables and is small in size.

Individually with the Customer it is possible to coordinate the installation of panels of special dimensions using circuit breakers and fuses from any of the above manufacturers that have the appropriate certificates of the State Standard of the Russian Federation.
