A line of data collection cabinets (DCCs) from metering devices for industrial enterprises was developed by the KRUG company using advanced technical solutions for organizing technical and commercial metering systems for all types of energy resources: electricity, heat, gases. An enterprise, using a highly prefabricated SSD, gets the opportunity to build energy metering systems on a budget, as well as quickly and easily integrate the SSD into existing automated systems. The versatility of using SSDs (metering cabinets) is ensured by a large set of supported exchange protocols with devices from such manufacturers as Energomera, INKOTEX, Saransk Instrument-Making Plant, Nizhny Novgorod Plant named after M.V. Frunze, VZLET, Teplokom ", "Logic" and others. The SSD, depending on the modification, provides a wide range of functionality - from simple data collection to automated control: sampling, processing, storage, display of operational and archived data from energy metering devices; automated polling of metering devices connected to the SSD via wired digital communication channels (RS232, RS485) and “physical” sensors, storage of received data, incl. archived data transmission to the upper level into information and control systems using open data exchange protocols OPC (DA, HDA), IEC-104, ModBus RTU/TCP, including SCADA KRUG-2000 via specialized communication channels transmission of operational and archived data to the upper level via both wired (Ethernet) and wireless (GSM) communication channels, incl. with the possibility of 100% “hot” backup of communication channels the possibility of technical metering of heat and gas directly on the controller (modules “Heat Metering”, “Gas Metering”) remote limitation of energy supply, if this functionality is supported by the metering device transmission to the upper level and control panel for indication of process alarms based on quantitative and qualitative parameters of energy resources and signaling the state of cabinet equipment (self-diagnosis) high-precision time synchronization of the SSD controller and the metering devices connected to it using precise time signals from any NTP server, GPS or GLONASS available on the network (when connecting a special antenna) control of actuators (optional). The basic element of the SSD is the DevLink-C1000 industrial controller, which supports a wide range of open data exchange protocols, which makes it easy to integrate the SSD into almost any information and control system.
