Thyristor contactor KT-07M
Thyristor contactor KT-07M UHL4 - designed for switching and phase control of current in machines for spot, seam and relief resistance welding with single-phase power. The contactor is designed for connection to an alternating current network with a frequency of 50 Hz and a voltage of 220V or 380V. The contactor is controlled by synchronous welding regulators of types RKS-502, RKS-504, RKS-801, which output unipolar symmetrical pulses with a frequency twice the network frequency, with the following parameters: - current 1.5±0.1 A; - voltage 20±5 V (at a resistance of 6.2±5% Ohm); - duration 200±100 μs (at a level not lower than 15 V). This ensures regulation of the supply current of the power transformer of the contact machine in the range from 2-4 A to the highest value indicated below. Thyristor contactors KT-07M and KT-11M additionally have: - indication of the passage of welding current (LED lights up), - indication of the passage of control pulses to “ignite” the thyristors (LED lights up). Since January 2012, instead of TO-125 optocouplers, pulse transformers have been used, which significantly increase the reliability and service life of thyristor contactors.
