The hydraulic circular saw STALEX PDS-315H is designed for quick and high-quality cutting of pipes, rods and various profiles made of steel and non-ferrous metals, at angles from -45° to +45° in a workshop for single and small-scale production. The three-phase 2-speed motor with a power of 2.2/3.0 is designed for long-term operation at medium loads. The saw blade has two rotation speeds: 60 and 120 rpm, for the convenience of processing various profile workpieces. A durable, massive frame with a built-in coolant tank ensures structural rigidity and minimizes vibration when cutting the workpiece. The force from the engine is transmitted to the disk through a gear drive. All gears of the gearbox are in a sealed oil bath with an easily accessible drain hole and a peephole for monitoring the oil level on the gearbox housing. An oil bath significantly extends the life of the machine and reduces noise. The process of cutting the workpiece in automatic mode contributes to convenient work on the machine; for this, the machine is equipped with an external pedal to start the cutting mode.
