The motor output shaft rotates the cutting disc through a belt drive. The operator selects the cutting depth and pushes the device manually using the handle along the cutting line. The model is equipped with a Lifan 188F four-stroke petrol engine with a displacement of 389 cc. cm and a power of 13 hp. which provides a cutting disc rotation speed of 3600 rpm. The joint cutter is compatible with cutting discs with a mounting hole of 25.4 mm and a diameter from 350 mm to 500 mm and provides a maximum cutting depth of up to 170 mm. At the same time, the cutting depth is adjusted using a convenient rotary handle and a cutting depth indicator, and the discs have an original, reliable and simple five-point fastening system for FTL 5P discs. The wrenches used to replace the disk have a special bracket for storage directly on the body and are always accessible and at hand. To minimize dust formation during operation, the device is equipped with an integrated water tank with a capacity of 40 liters and a metal casing with a splash guard. To make it easy to move the device using a crane on a construction site, its metal tubular frame has a special transportation eye. Additional reliability and ease of operation are provided by an automatic engine stop system when the oil level is insufficient and a special calibration of engine speed FTL EASY START, which allows you to adapt the engine to work in the most severe conditions at a construction site, incl. when using fuel that is not of the highest quality. ATTENTION! Before first use, it is necessary to pour oil for 4T engines into the crankcase in the required volume, in accordance with the operating instructions!
