Why is the Voivod's ax better than its analogues? 1) Ax geometry The mental line of the blade should pass in close proximity to the end of the handle. This is the optimal geometry: less recoil, more effort. This is exactly the form we aimed for when developing the Voevoda. 2) Dielectric handle At the base of the ax handle is a steel pipe of oval cross-section. Along its entire length it is covered with a durable, dielectric polymer that protects against electric shock up to 1000 Volts. In the grip area there is an additional red lining with anti-slicks for comfortable work. 3) Safe fixation of the nozzle The safety of the firefighter himself and those around him depends on its quality. If an ax can “fly off”, it can injure someone. The method of fastening Voevoda axes eliminates this possibility. The handle is first screwed into the “head” along the thread and is additionally secured with a key connection. 4) Unique design The ax blade at the bottom has a special protrusion that can be used to work with fire fittings, for example, to disconnect or tighten the heads. The shape of the protrusion and its location allow you to work with fire fittings of all sizes: from 50 to 150 mm. A wrist strap can be attached to the bottom of the handle so that the firefighter can free his hand at the right time. *Please note that Voivod axes are sold in packages.
