Anchor, height adjustable, ARH(100)-20, zinc Russia Sibrtech
An adjustable anchor is a steel device in the form of a screw and two steel platforms with a nut and a washer to compensate for the shrinkage of wooden housing construction objects - wooden log houses and bathhouses. A height adjustable anchor is a multifunctional fastening element, which is primarily used to compensate for the shrinkage of wooden buildings, in particular houses. Such anchors can withstand various loads that occur during the shrinkage of the walls of a wooden house. Log and timber houses, as well as similar prefabricated, frame and frame-panel buildings, shrink, which negatively affects the quality of the connection of their elements. A rather weak point of such structures is the junction of pillars and columns with the base of the foundation of the building. It is precisely to support the foundation and these elements that height-adjusting anchors are used. They allow the position of structural parts to be changed after a fairly long period. These products are made from high-strength galvanized steel (carbon or alloy), due to which the adjusting anchor from the manufacturer acquires high bending strength, compression strength, etc.
