Precast concrete products for mine construction: tightening, bentonite
Concrete concrete is widely used in mine construction to create strong and durable partition walls. Mine tightening relates to mining and can be used to secure main mine workings. Betonites are a type of building blocks. The production of wall stones (concrete stones) takes place on vibratory pressing equipment; freshly molded products are subsequently steamed in a TVV. The shaft tie, made in the form of a rectangular plate, is reinforced with long steel fiber having a length of 50-200 mm with a diameter of 0.3-0.6 mm. In this case, 60-80% of the total volume of fiber is located in the central part of the slab and 10-20% in each of its end parts. Additionally, the shaft tightening may contain short fiber having a diameter of 0.2-0.8 mm and a length of 5-40 mm. The method of manufacturing the specified puff is that first, a long steel fiber having the specified parameters is laid in a prepared form according to the specified scheme, and then fine-grained concrete is laid, vibratory compaction and heat-moisture treatment are carried out. This design increases the ability of the tightening to bend without destruction under the influence of load and simplifies its design while simultaneously reducing weight. The reinforced concrete mine tie-down slab is manufactured in accordance with the technical specifications TUU 26.6 - 00176745- 001 - 2003, which apply to ZSh (mine tie-downs) made of heavy concrete and prestressed reinforcement, intended for tightening the roof and blocks of mine workings.
