FIX-O-FLEX H - adhesive-sealant based on SP polymer (sulfo-polypropylene oxide - SPPO) 600 ml
FIX-O-FLEX H is an adhesive-sealant based on SP polymer (sulfo-polypropylene oxide - SPPO), which has a number of advantages over acrylic, polyurethane and silicone-based sealants. FIX-O-FLEX H sealants are characterized by high chemical resistance, virtually no shrinkage, high adhesive properties, stability at high temperatures, excellent weather resistance and durability. Excellent adhesion to concrete, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, any type of brick, tile, glass, wood, marble, granite, fiberglass, PVC, acrylic, polystyrene and other materials. FIX-O-FLEX H can be used without primer on surfaces such as aluminum, galvanized sheets, PVC, PS, Makrolon, etc. If the surface of the seam is porous, it is recommended to pre-treat the walls of the seam chamber with FIX-O-FLEX PRIMER. In the case of highly absorbent surfaces, they must be treated with primer 2 times. For wet surfaces, it is recommended to use HYDROPOX EPG as a primer. Adhesion to difficult-to-bond plastics such as PE or PP (polyolefin) must be checked before starting work. FIX-O-FLEX H sealant must be applied evenly to the surface. It is recommended to use a hand gun. Once a tube of sealant has been opened, it should be used as soon as possible. The curing time of the sealant depends on the humidity and ambient temperature. The time for complete hardening can be reduced by increasing the temperature and humidity. Test Certificates: Study on the interaction of FIX-O-FLEX H sealant with food and commodities (Taunusstein 2000); Testing of FIX-O-FLEX H sealant in accordance with DIN 18 540 (2000); Tensile test on modified bitumen pavements (Leipzig 2003) Resistance of FIX-O-FLEX, FIX-O-FLEX H and FIX-O-FLEX VG to concrete-damaging liquids and sulfuric acid pH 1 (MFPA Leipzig 2003); Water resistance test according to DIN EN 1433 (Leipzig 2004); Chemical resistance test FIX-O-FLEX H in a water pool (Leipzig 2006); Determination of water vapor permeability in accordance with DIN 52 615 (Rostock 2007). Note: FIX-O-FLEX H does not contain any solvents, isocyanates or silicones. Standard precautions for chemical products must be observed. Therefore, before starting work, you need to familiarize yourself with the safety recommendations. FIX-OFLEX H contains aminosilane, which may cause allergic reactions.
