Molyslip 2001E engine oil additive.

Operating principle.

•Reduces fuel consumption by up to 5-7% with complex treatment, improves dynamics and increases engine power.

•Reduces friction between metal surfaces that come into contact during movement.

•Reduces wear of pistons, cylinders, valves and bearings by up to 40%.

• Facilitates cold starting of the engine in cold weather.

•Reduces oil operating temperature, increases efficiency.

•Protects against corrosion. Increases reliability, reduces wear and significantly reduces operating costs. Independent tests show an average wear reduction of more than 25%. Molyslip 2001E is a colloidal solution of molybdenum disulfide with additives in high quality mineral oil. The structure of the molybdenum disulfide molecule is made up of sulfur as the top layer and molybdenum as an addition. Sulfur atoms are very similar to metal molecules, and MoS2 molecules bond to working metal surfaces. Because The sulfur-sulfur connection is very weak, small particles of MoS2 slip past each other, thereby providing a very low coefficient of friction. Disulfide molecules form an additional protective layer on the surface of friction pairs, significantly reducing wear and preventing scuffing during shock loads and during cold engine starts. Molyslip 2001E does not cause negative changes in the properties of the oil to which it is added. Research at the Department of internal combustion engines of St. Petersburg Polytechnic University showed an increase in the alkaline number, which characterizes the cleaning ability of the oil after the introduction of the additive, as well as a decrease in the acid number, which characterizes the degree of wear of the oil. The formed Mos2 film cannot leak from the bearing surface and does not react to extreme temperatures.

Application. For engines running on gasoline, Molyslip 2001E should be added to the oil at a rate of 50 ml per 1 liter of oil; during operation, the additive is produced, and the treatment must be repeated every 10 thousand km. In diesel engines, add at least 30 ml per 1 liter of oil. For industrial engines (compressors, generators) of bulldozers and cranes, the treatment should be repeated after 150-200 hours of operation. For systems with circulating lubrication, such as printing, honing, machining, a minimum of 5% Molyslip 2001E should be added to the oil.

Molyslip 2001E Field Test The highlight of the final race series of 1977 at the Nelson InterNational in Canada was the unique demonstration of the long-lasting protective properties of molybdenum disulfide. The car used in the demonstration was a 1967 Pontiac Beaumont with 209,000 miles on the odometer. The cylinder head and oil pan were never rebuilt and the car still had the original valves and timing chain. The car owner has used MOLYSLIP in the engine periodically since purchasing it, although he did not regularly add MOLYSLIP at every oil change. Before the demonstration began, Pontiac drove several laps around the track to warm up the engine. The car then made a pit stop where, in the presence of officials, race administration and several skeptical drivers, the oil plug was removed with the engine running and the oil was completely removed from the engine. The test has begun. Between 9:40 and 11:45 a.m., the car traveled 80 miles around the 1.1-mile track, driven by a variety of drivers, including representatives from Wheelspin News and Autosport Canada, two national motorsports publications. During the day, the '67 Pontiac drove another 15 miles around the track. By this time, the hydraulic valve lifters were starting to act up, although the engine was still running fine. When the racing was finished, the car returned to the track to drive a few more miles before reaching the 100-mile mark. By this point, most of the skeptics in the assembled crowd were already ardent supporters of MOLYSLIP2001E. Finally, after 105 miles, the engine failed. Mechanics who disassembled the engine discovered that the valve lifters had failed and the exhaust valves were closed. But even in these harsh conditions, after 105 miles (170 km) of racing without oil, the pistons did not seize, and there were not even any scuffs in the cylinders.

In the fall of 2008, the Molyslip2001E additive underwent a comprehensive study at the engine test bench of the Department of Internal Combustion Engines of the St. Petersburg Polytechnic University. Molyslip2001E showed excellent results, such as reducing wear of piston rings and crankshaft bearings by up to 30%, reducing CO content at idle speed by up to 15%, as well as a noticeable reduction in fuel consumption (up to 4.5%), increasing engine power (up to 5. 5%) andspeakers.

Molyslip 2001G gear oil additive has been produced in England for over 50 years and is road tested.

Operating principle.

•Reduces fuel consumption by up to 5-7% with complex treatment, improves vehicle dynamics

•Significantly reduces friction and reduces wear on gears of gearboxes and reducers by more than 25%.

•Eliminates noise and hum in gearboxes, drive axles and transfer cases, makes it easier to shift gears in worn gearboxes.

•Reduces the operating temperature of the oil, which leads to an increase in efficiency.

•Protects against corrosion. Increases reliability, reduces wear and significantly reduces operating costs. Independent tests show an average wear reduction of more than 25%. The layer of molybdenum disulfide that forms on the surface of the gears acts as a cushion for the enormous loads that occur in transmissions and drive systems, reducing and absorbing variable point loads and protecting the surface and structure of the gear. The operating temperature of the oil will be lower due to reduced internal friction, which in turn contributes to higher productivity and economical operation of the process.

Molyslip 2001G is manufactured as a special additive for gearboxes, steering columns and rear axles. To ensure smooth and easy gear shifting, silent operation of the differential mechanisms, rear axle and steering column. Almost immediately eliminates the “howl” of the rear axle in Volgas and Gazelles, and also “calms” humming axles and transfer cases in UAZs. Mode of application. Shake the bottle and add 125 ml of Molyslip 2001G to the gear oil in the gearbox and rear axle (for a passenger car). For trucks and all-wheel drive vehicles, you need to use 2 bottles, and add an additional 125 ml to the transfer case and front axle. Attention: Do not use for automatic transmissions! The additive is compatible with synthetic oils.

Scope of application Gearboxes, steering columns, final drives of machine tools, lifting mechanisms, gearboxes, turbine drive bearings. Molyslip 2001G can be used as an additive to oils for fine finishing of the metal surface being processed.
