Spliced block
Spliced pine beam. Wood is a natural material containing many defects (knots, cracks, resin pockets, etc.). To obtain a material with certain qualities, spliced timber is produced. Wood defects not only spoil the appearance of a wooden product, but also affect its durability. Knots and other defects are cut out after drying, and the block is spliced onto a microtenon using a hydraulic press. Then it is planed and a clean, defect-free material of excellent quality is obtained. We produce bars of various sections, depending on customer requirements.
