Foundation for metal supports FP5-Am series 3.407-115, issue 2
The foundation for metal supports FP5-Am series 3.407-115, issue 2 is a unified structure made of reinforced concrete and metal, used for the installation of support power lines with voltages of 35-500 kV. High demands are placed on the foundation, including materials and manufacturing methods, since it is subject to severe horizontal and vertical loads.
It is a hinged type slab with a vertical or inclined stand. The basis is a reinforcement cage. Additional components include a metal head.
The foundations are made from concrete of strength class B25 or B30. In this case, the frost resistance class should not be lower than F200, and the water resistance class should not be higher than W6. Manufacturing is carried out in accordance with working drawings of series 3.407.1-157, 3.407-115.
Advantages of the Foundation for metal supports FP5-Am series 3.407-115, issue 2:
- reliable and stable design, even in unstable soils;
- resistance to seismic activity;
- relatively light weight, which facilitates convenient transportation and quick installation;
- installation in various climatic zones;
- efficiency.
The main area of application of the Foundation for metal supports FP5-Am series 3.407-115, issue 2 is the construction of power lines in the electric power industry. With their help, supports are attached to the foundation, and crossbars are used to increase the load-bearing capacity. Due to additional reinforcement, overhead lines can withstand vertical and horizontal loads, including wind.
All products offered by StalEnergo-96 LLC undergo quality testing in accordance with generally accepted standards GOST, OST, TU, AISI, DIN, ASTM.
