Rubber technical plate GOST 7338-90

Designed for the manufacture of molded rubber products used to seal fixed joints operating under pressure up to 0.1 MPa, to prevent friction between metal surfaces, to absorb single impact loads, and also as gaskets, floorings and other non-sealing joints, etc. .
Depending on the purpose, design and manufacturing method, the following plates are produced:

brands:

TMKShch - heat, frost, acid, alkali resistant;
AMS - weather-oil-resistant (limitedly ozone-resistant);
MBS - oil and petrol resistant;


classes:

1 - plate with a thickness of 1.0 to 20.0 mm intended for the manufacture of rubber products used to seal units operating under pressure above 0.1 MPa (1.0 kg/cm2);
2 - a plate with a thickness of 1.0 to 60.0 mm intended for the manufacture of rubber products used to seal units operating under pressure up to 0.1 MPa (1.0 kg/cm2), to prevent friction between metal surfaces, and also for the perception of single impact loads or as linings, floorings;


types:

F - molded plates produced by vulcanization in molds on vulcanization presses, thickness from 2.0 to 70.0 mm, size 500x500 mm, 700x700 mm, 1000x1000 mm;
N - non-shaped (rolled plates), manufactured by extruding the rubber mixture through dies, followed by vulcanization without molds in boilers, as well as on continuous vulcanizers, thickness from 1.0 to 20.0 mm, size width 800 - 1200 mm. , length from 1200 mm.;

I — rubber technical plate (brands TMKShch, AMS, MBS);
II - rubber-fabric plate, with one or several fabric layers (for every 2 mm of the plate there should be no more than one fabric layer);

Technical plate TMKShch (heat-frost-acid-alkali-resistant) in accordance with GOST is produced in three types “F”, “N/F”, “R”, “R/tk” (GOST 7338-90, TU 2512-282- 0152106-98 and GOST 7338-90). The scope of application of such plates is very wide.

Atmospherically low-resistant technical plate (AMC), like the previous type, is used in contact with indoor air, as well as inert gases and nitrogen, including in various vessels and reservoirs. Such technical plates are produced in sheets and rolls with a thickness from 0.7-1 to 60 mm.

Technical plate MBS, or oil-gasoline-resistant, is produced in accordance with GOST 7338-90 and TU 2500-376-00152106-94 types “F”, “N/F”, “R”, “R/tk”. The scope of their application is obvious from the name itself, although it is not limited to contact with gasoline, diesel and other types of fuel. Also, such plates have a frost-resistant variety (oil-gasoline-frost-resistant technical plates), produced according to TU 2500-376-00152106-94 and having a wider operating temperature range, from -45°C to +100°C.
