Respirator U-2K
Designed to protect the respiratory system from harmful impurities, aerosols and dust contained in the air. This personal protective equipment is recommended to be combined with safety glasses and used in hazardous industries: metallurgy, woodworking, flour milling and others, where there is a high risk of damage to the respiratory tract and mucous membranes of the nasopharynx by fine particles. The U2K respirator also protects against bacterial agents that do not emit toxic gases and vapors. The design features (filters used in the respirator) are such that it can only be used in a situation where the oxygen content in the air is 17% or higher. The thing is that the filtering surface of the device does not enrich the air inhaled by a person with oxygen and therefore it is recommended to use it in rooms with a normal oxygen content. Otherwise, this can lead to difficulty breathing and oxygen starvation, which in turn can cause loss of coordination, loss of consciousness, and a general deterioration in well-being.
