AIIS TUE of oil refinery

The research and production company "KRUG" has developed and put into operation an automated information and measurement system for technical accounting of electricity (AIIS TUE) for an industrial enterprise (oil refinery).

AIIS TUE covers all production departments of the enterprise and performs automated data collection from 281 electricity metering points.

The collection of information from meters, its processing, storage and transmission to the process data collection server is carried out by Devlink-C1000 industrial controllers. The system automatically and at the operator’s request (for example, when generating reports) provides information to users’ workstations in an easy-to-read form (mnemonic diagrams, trends, reports). Maintaining a unified system time in order to ensure synchronicity of measurements is carried out by the TimeVisor unified time server.

The implementation of AIIS TUE ensures a reduction in energy resource costs in the production of products, an increase in energy saving and energy efficiency of the enterprise due to:

reducing electricity losses

capabilities for analysis, planning and regulation of power consumption

optimizing the redistribution of energy resources between production units and production stages

increasing the level of organization of energy resource accounting, efficiency and reliability of obtaining information.
