The use of an industrial controller and frequency converters, integrated into a common network, in the control system of a jigger allows one to reduce capital and operating costs, obtain the thermal current of the motor during operation, determine the operating time of the converter, the amount of electricity consumed, etc. In addition, visualization is provided adjustable parameters and the ability to maintain a database containing information about the technological parameters of the jigging process (rotation speed of the unloaders, bed height by compartment, pulsation frequency, etc.), which makes it possible to determine the reasons for downtime of the jigging machine and changes in productivity over any period of time.
