SIKN software meets the requirements of Transneft AK
In connection with the release of new regulatory documents developed by Transneft, which regulate the requirements for automated systems, there was a need to bring the SIKN software into compliance with the following regulatory documents: RD-35.240.50-KTN-109-13 Automation and telemechanization of technological equipment of site and linear facilities of main oil pipelines and oil product pipelines. Basic provisions of MI 3532-2015 “Recommendation. GSI. Recommendations for determining the mass of oil during accounting operations using systems for measuring quantity and quality indicators of oil" OTT-35.240.00-KTN-010-12 "APCS and PTS of the Company. Information Security. General technical requirements". The main changes affected information security (new access groups, time limits for users, user registration by name, registration of unsuccessful login attempts, etc.). The implementation of these requirements was ensured by the functionality of the new version 4.2 SCADA KRUG-2000®. New forms of oil accounting reports have been developed (Logbook for recording readings of measuring instruments, Oil quality passport, Acceptance and delivery certificate, Two-hour and Shift reports). At the Omsk Linear Production Dispatch Station (LPDS), the software of the system for measuring oil quantity and quality indicators (SIKN) No. 13 based on SCADA KRUG-2000® was modernized. SIKN No. 13 of the Omsk LPDS was put into commercial operation in 1999. This is one of the oldest oil metering units, which runs on NPF “KRUG” software.
