Automated timesheet system for coal mines (APS) The enterprise PrJSC PKF "Amplitude", which specializes in the production and repair of equipment for the mining industry using technical means of its own design, has developed an automated system for timesheets of mines (APS). PSI is designed to collect information about the work time (descent, ascent, movement) of underground workers in coal mines, primary processing of the received information in system controllers, storage and transmission of information to the Ethernet network for users of timekeeping systems (formation of timesheets, payroll, control access, etc.). PSI was carried out on the basis of the AKORD equipment complex according to TUU30.00-30482603-005:2008. Functional characteristics of the PSI: • response time of the PSI to changes in input signals (time from the moment the key fob is fixed in the reader until the “Go” signal is received) - 2.0 seconds; • accuracy of calendar time keeping – no worse than ±0.5 sec; • the period of data storage in the form of daily files in the long-term memory of the PSI is at least 1 year; • automatic day change at 00 hours 00 minutes. 00 sec. PSI provides output of the current status and service information to the engineer’s console in a time of no more than 2 seconds. • information transfer speed over the Ethernet network is at least 100 kbytes/sec. PSI technical means are designed for round-the-clock operation. The PSI provides the ability to carry out maintenance and routine repairs of any input/output channels without reducing the execution of real-time tasks on other channels. PSI blocks of the same type are interchangeable. Information reading devices – contactless (SCh-1) from RFID tags or KTN readers from metal tokens. Typical technical characteristics of contactless reading devices SCH-1: • working reading distance – up to 20 cm; • reading frequency – up to 1 TEG per second; • maximum distance to the hub. MK-2 with IRPS interface (current loop) - up to 10 km: • exchange rate via the interface, no less than 600 Baud; • explosion-proof housing design SCh-1 with intrinsically safe circuits and a degree of protection no worse than IP54; • MK-2 concentrator modules are designed to control the operation of SCh-1 devices (one MK-2 controls 5 (five) SCh-1 or KTN readers), initially collect information from them and transfer it to the KS-1 system controller. The KS-1 system controller is designed for: • receiving and storing information from MK-2 in an amount from 1 to 16; • issuing control actions in MK-2; • primary processing of information and converting it into formats required by Ethernet network clients; • KS-1 provides for the issuance of a signal to control the alarm according to conditions determined by the Customer. PSI power supply is from an AC or DC mains voltage of 220V via one or two feeders; • the supplied equipment meets the requirements of GOST 22782.5-78. Each record of the information array contains: • identification device number – up to 128; • TEG number - up to 32768; • time – format as required by the customer (year, month, day, hour, min., sec). The service array record contains: • information about unauthorized access number SCH-1, TAG (token) number, time; • malfunctions of SCh-1, MK-2 numbers SCh-1, MK-2; • attempts to hack SCh-1, MK-2 numbers SCh-1, MK-2 time.
