Automated Control System for Consumption of Working Solution - ASUR "MASTER"

ASUR "MASTER" (automated control system for the flow of working solution) allows you to apply a given hectare rate of working solution per unit area without operator intervention, depending on the speed of movement. This allows the operator to work at different speeds depending on the field topography, thereby increasing production and reducing work time. ASUR “Master” is the company’s own development based on many years of experience of specialists. The system is very easy to manage and operate. Mounted on any type of sprayers.

The control and display unit is installed in the driver's cabin and provides complete information about the current state:
*remaining in tank;
*minute fluid flow;
*movement speed;
*distance traveled;
*pump condition (working – malfunction);
*overspeed indication.

On the panel of the display unit there is a simple keypad that allows you to enter specified processing modes. After entering the specified mode, the operator just needs to start moving and at a speed of 3-5 km/h, the ASUR automatically turns on the system for supplying pesticides to the nozzles. The operator’s task is to maintain the track on the agronavigator and monitor the normal operation of the system (the green light is on). If the field terrain allows, the operator can increase the sprayer speed to 25 km/h.

The equipment is easy to use, easy to install, and most importantly - service, warranty, post-warranty service. During the work period, a “hotline” is constantly operating for advice and accepting requests for service. Thus, there is no need to buy expensive equipment, which sometimes costs several million rubles, but it is enough to install the ASUR “Master”, and any simple sprayer will acquire the characteristics of a modern complex.

ASUR “Master” is 3-5 times cheaper than analogues, easy to operate and maintain. And most importantly, service, warranty, post-warranty service is carried out within the shortest possible period (from several hours).
