The system is designed for: Remote monitoring of the condition and operating modes of the technological equipment of treatment facilities and registration of the main parameters of the operation of treatment facilities on the workstation of the operator of the treatment facility and the maintenance workstation; Automatic regulation of technological parameters; Automatic activation of the second cleaning line depending on waste flow; Automatic commissioning of a backup filter with AC and AK-P based on operating time; Automatic transfer of the working filter to reserve according to operating time with subsequent washing of the filter load; Automatic blocking of equipment on/off according to technological parameters; Archiving information about the operation of OS technological equipment for the purpose of subsequent use for analyzing emergency situations and generating reporting documentation. The goals of creating the System are: Improving the quality of technological processes and their safety; Increasing the accuracy of measurement and regulation of process parameters; Increasing the efficiency of personnel actions in emergency situations; Increasing the reliability of process equipment; Reducing the cost of repairing technological equipment through rational use and constant condition monitoring. The complex of technical means (CTS) of the System includes a software and hardware complex (SHC) and field-level equipment: sensors, actuators and switching equipment. The field level of the System includes: measuring transducers of technological parameters; automatic control cabinets for filter valves F1 and F2; complete control cabinets for technological equipment; valve control cabinet; mixer control cabinet; control cables and control cables. The field equipment of the System is located in the machine room and electrical room of the treatment plant. The hardware and software system has two levels of hierarchy: upper and lower (Fig. 3). The upper level of the software and hardware complex ensures the interaction of the OS operator with the controlled technological equipment, organizes the operation of the system and the preparation of information arrays for use in various subsystems. The upper level of the hardware and software includes the following technical means: workstation of the operator of the treatment facility; Maintenance workstation combined with a database server; communications equipment; operator panel in the SHAU cabinet; uninterruptible power supply equipment for computers and communications equipment. Advantech industrial computers with LCD monitors with a screen size of 24" and installed WinCC software packages, which run specially developed operator applications for visualization of the technological process and equipment control, are used as operator and maintenance workstations. The lower level of the industrial complex includes an automatic control cabinet (SHAU ), located in the operator room of the treatment plant.
