The device for protecting and controlling three-phase electric pumps “Vysota” is designed to protect and control electric pumps with a power from 1.1 to 90.0 kW. Features: - Automatic start and stop of the electric pump depending on the water level in the tank (control by level sensor), in depending on the water level in the water tower (control from the ECM) or depending on the pressure in the hydraulic tank (control from the pressure switch). - Pumping/filling mode; - Manual start and stop of the electric pump; - Switching off the electric pump during short circuits, long-term overloads, as well as overloads that occur when one of the phases breaks; - Prohibition of turning on the electric pump when the supply voltage of one of the phases disappears and removal of the prohibition when voltage is restored (available when installing a phase control relay. PURCHASED SEPARATELY); - Automatic shutdown of the electric pump when the water level in the well drops below the controlled level (protection against dry running) and the pump starts automatically with a time delay of 20 minutes; - Indication of operation, standby, network, overload, “dry running”; - Start delay (selective start); - Protection against water hammer; - Possibility of connecting an electric motor temperature sensor; - Possibility of connecting a GSM module to control the pump via SMS messages from a mobile phone; - Possibility of connecting a touch display for monitoring and control; - RS-485 output for remote dispatching and control.
