The industrial device "MSB-3E" is designed for the disintegration and enrichment of gold-bearing sands with an initial particle size of up to 38 mm. in order to obtain an enriched concentrate. The industrial device is used in alluvial deposits of gold and platinum as processing and exploration equipment, for washing samples during geological exploration or at the stage of material reduction. The industrial device's drum rotates on wear-resistant polyurethane wheels, ensuring reliable and long-term operation of the industrial device. The industrial device is equipped with a standard level that facilitates installation of the device in two planes. To protect from dust and dirt, the level is closed with a hinged lid. The water supply from the motor pump is connected to the industrial device with a quick-release coupling (QDC), facilitating quick mobile re-arrangement. The direction of irrigation in the scrubber drum is specially regulated, which is very convenient in field conditions. The sowing part of the butara is made of wear-resistant steel. In the industrial device, each irrigation unit is individually regulated, which is very convenient for changing the volume of water in the receiving hopper or scrubber tank. The irrigation system of the device additionally has a hose with a gun for easy removal of the concentrate. Gateway L/H/W 1500x350x100 mm.
