The control unit with one handle of the 220VNM (100VNM) series is used on EO-3323A, EK-12, EK-14, EK-18, ET-14, ET-16, ET-18, ET-25, EO-4224, EO- 4225A, EO-5124, VP-05, loaders, road construction, utility, logging and other machines. The 220VNM (100VNM) control unit is designed for remote control of adjustable pumps, hydraulic motors, distributor spools and other hydraulic devices. The 220VNM unit uses new principles of fluid distribution and pressure and flow control compared to the 100VN control unit. The housing has annular inlet and outlet channels of constant cross-section along the distribution length of two paired spool holes. Two paired spool holes are designed to provide rigidity to the jumper between the supply and drain channels. The control unit housing is made of high-strength cast iron and also serves as a guide for the spools. A simpler and more rigid spool with an increased guide length is used, which is beneficial for the service life and centering of the spool. This made it possible to achieve stable operation of the control unit with an inlet pressure of up to 100 kgf/cm2. The 220VNM block provides more precise control of mechanisms due to the increased accuracy of proportional control of the output signal (pressure, flow) - ±0.5% instead of ±2.5% for 100VNM blocks. The 220VNM block is unified in connection dimensions with the 100VNM block, but has 1.5 times less resistance of the working outlets to the drain due to an increase in the cross-section of the outlet channels and flow sections in the spool, which allows expanding the scope of application of the control unit. The force on the handle when operating with one spool was reduced from 3.2 kgf to 1.1 kgf, when operating with two spools - from 4.5 kgf to 1.8 kgf, in comparison with the 100VNM series block. A spherical hinge with a “closed” hemisphere is installed in the block. It is possible to install blocks of type 220ВНМ on a plate, to connect plates with differently located working channels to the block, as well as “OR” valve blocks with different logic and the ability to use a block without a plate or with installation on a plate of one’s own making. Normal operation of the control units is guaranteed when using a working fluid (oil), the characteristics of which correspond to the values in the table below.
