Shoe brake or crane brake is designed for installation on lifting and transport equipment. The brake is used to stop and hold mechanism shafts in a braked state when the drive is not working. Currently produced are TKG-160 SU U2 (HL2) and TKG-200 SU U2 (HL2) with hydraulic pusher TE-30 SU U2 (HL2), TKG-300 SU U2 (HL2) with hydraulic pusher TE-50 SU U2 (HL2) , TKG-400 SU U2 (HL2) and TKG-500 SU U2 (HL2) with electric hydraulic pusher TE-80 SU U2 (HL2). The shoe brake (crane) consists of a lever mechanism and an electric hydraulic pusher. The lever system, due to the force of the spring, through a system of levers, applies the brake pads with the necessary force to the brake drum, braking it. The electro-hydraulic pusher, overcoming the forces of the spring, releases the brakes of the system.
