For installation on diesel locomotives of the TGM-23, TGM-40 series, YaMZ-240 engines are installed, namely (YaMZ-240NM2, YaMZ-240PM2) with power up to 500 hp. For installation on the TGK-2 diesel locomotive, the YaMZ 238M2 engine with a power of 240 hp. The engines are designed for installation on diesel locomotives of the TGM-23, TGM-40, TGK-2 series and their modifications. The engines fully comply with European environmental standards.
