Author's supervision
AllianceConsultProject LLP offers construction supervision services, which include:
- preparation of documents and maintaining a journal of architectural supervision,
- scheduled site visits to check the results of work,
- consultations with builders on approved drawings and sketches,
- making changes to the project with the consent of the customer if it is necessary to make adjustments to the working draft,
- remote control over the implementation of the project, as well as consultations with the customer on any issues related to the construction and repair of the facility.
The results of the author's supervision are summed up after the completion of construction, including the preparation of final inspection reports of the construction site and final entries in the author's supervision log
