Geodetic works
- Types of geodetic work
The meaning and purpose of geodetic work is to study the territory, its features, the characteristics of the relief of the area and record objects on a plot of land. These measures are necessary for high-quality and safe construction of not only residential buildings, but also roads, bridges and other structures. Geodetic work carried out by the SSG company is divided into the following types:- Topography. In this case, a description of the relief is prepared. It is necessary for compiling from scratch or updating existing maps, erecting buildings, roads, pipelines, bridges, landscaping and landscaping.
- Hydrography. This implies the study of the bottom topography. Hydrography is needed both for natural reservoirs and for those created by man.
- The engineering geodesy. This is a huge range of manipulations consisting of filming and researching a plot of land designated for the construction of an object. (we use only the best equipment that allows us to measure the area with an accuracy of 1 cm)
- Executive photography. This refers to control over the compliance of the building under construction with the drawings and developed plans. In essence, this is support for the process of constructing an object.
- Breakout works. This includes the placement of specialized signs on the territory, intended for connection to the network, based on the drawings. Broken signs remain in place until construction work stops completely.
- Deformation control. Used during the construction of buildings and after its completion, it is to control the shrinkage and deformation of the components of the building structure, the main one of which is the foundation.
- Filming of underground communications. Based on the results of such geodetic work, a full-fledged plan of all communications and utility networks located under the surface of the earth is formed.
- analysis of existing technical documentation about a specific object;
- topographic survey of the nearby area, as well as communications available around;
- preparation of topographic plans for a specific area;
- study and analysis of the relief and landscape of the area. It is especially valuable if construction of buildings is planned on the land plot;
- implementation of prepared projects, its implementation in kind;
- accurate calculation, planning and preparation of the area, dimensions, volume and perimeter of the existing land plot as a whole, as well as each of its objects on it separately;
- settlement of issues of coordination of the results of geodetic research with the relevant authorities.
