Reasons for returning and exchanging goods
The Buyer has the right to return the Goods (the Goods are returned if the said Goods have not been used, their consumer properties, factory labels, presentation, etc. are preserved), without specifying reasons, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of actual receiving the Goods directly from the seller or persons representing the Seller.
Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated January 19, 1998 No. 55 approved the “List of non-food products of proper quality that cannot be returned or exchanged for a similar product of a different size, shape, style.”
This list indicates the impossibility of returning Products of proper quality that have individual properties, if such Products can only be used by the consumer purchasing them.
To return a product, you must provide a document confirming the fact and conditions of its purchase, as well as fill out an application for returning the product.
